MADE TO ORDER

The VSU Tech Rug is a hand‑loomed wool rug designed by Mexican-born artist Rafael Vargas‑Suarez (VSU), known for visual interpretations of astronomy and aerospace architecture. Made to order in Nepal and available in sizes from 5×7 ft to 8×10 ft, this rug showcases carefully woven geometric forms that evoke technical schematics and cosmic data. Referenced by major institutions like MoMA and the Whitney, VSU’s textiles bridge scientific mapping and artistic expression. An impactful art object for design-led interiors, gallery spaces, or as narrative-driven fine furnishing.
