Raquel Serebrenik
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Raquel Serebrenik has built a career at the intersection of art, culture, and strategic growth. As a trusted consultant to emerging artists, designers, foundations, and established creators, she specializes in helping creative voices achieve financial stability and sustainable expansion. Her collaborations span institutions such as YJP of New York, the Museum of Modern Art of Bogotá, and the Cruz-Diez Estate, and her contributions to conservation, curatorial work, and development have supported organizations like the Guggenheim Museum and the National Gallery of Art.
Beyond her consulting practice, Raquel is deeply engaged in shaping conversations around cultural innovation. She co-hosts the Culture Tasters podcast, contributes to Revival Cities, a platform highlighting emerging global art scenes, and serves on the Young Board of the Municipal Arts Society of New York. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), she holds degrees in Art History, Design for Sustainability, and Business Design & Arts Leadership.

Nicole Marra
Nicole Marra is an award-winning entrepreneur, attorney, and senior executive with extensive experience in the luxury, retail, consumer, and related industries. Through out her career, Nicole has earned a reputation as an outstanding strategic partner, supporting business leaders in achieving transformative results. With decades of experience as a strategist and advisor for executives and founders, she is an established industry leader with diverse experiences, including serving on various boards.
Nicole played a pivotal role at Gucci America, leading the legal, real estate, compliance, security, and crisis management functions for overa decade. Additionally, she managed business and legal affairs for other renowned Kering portfolio brands in North and South America, including Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, and Stella McCartney. Nicole is a graduate of Brandeis University and received her J.D. from New York University School of Law. She resides in New York City with her family and rescue pups, Hendrix and Millie.

Ana Mejía
Ana Mejía, a marketing and communications strategist, brings extensive experience in the field of marketing and project management to the 4AP team. She holds an MSc in digital communications and completed digital project management training at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Spain. Her proficiency extends to strategic planning, content production, and platform-specific publication. Ana's expertise encompasses communication processes, digital relationship management, and enhancing brand reputation through strategic product development. Ana has consulted on educational ICT projects for the Colombian government, universities, and private organizations.

Ryan Kernan
Ryan is a partner at Renaissance Licensing and advisor for 4AP. He has over 15 years of licensing experience with celebrity and home furnishings brands, including Nautica, DwellStudio, Ernest Hemingway, Marlon Brando, Charlie Chaplin, and many others.
His areas of expertise include men’s, women’s, and children's apparel and accessories, home furnishings, and hospitality. He has extensive experience in international markets in addition to deep knowledge of the North American retail environment.

Liz Van Denburg Cohen
Liz is a partner at Renaissance Licensing and advisor for 4AP. Her licensing career began in 2006 at the Walt Disney Company, followed by time at Beanstalk and a long tenure at Greenlight/BENlabs, where she single-handedly led the development of the Steve McQueen and Albert Einstein global product programs.
Her areas of expertise include health & beauty, tech, men’s apparel, as well as motorsports and automotive accessories. Liz’s global network of industry contacts provides unsurpassed connectivity across categories.

Tyrone Christian Joseph
Tyrone Christian Joseph is a buyer and product developer with extensive experience in the luxury retail and gallery sectors in the UK. Specializing in Home, Interiors, and Gift, he has led buying for prestigious brands such as Liberty, Tate Gallery, BHS, Heal's and The Conran Shop. Tyrone has collaborated with over 500 international brands, pioneering new designers and artists to deliver products that celebrate cultural richness and our diverse intersections. Passionate about sustainability, he champions eco-friendly production solutions and community empowerment through the celebration of craft.
