Bold and graphic, the Gorey Black Patterned Chess Set offers a refined interpretation of the chessboard through Edward Gorey’s visual language.
The board features patterns drawn from across Gorey’s works, including The Gashlycrumb Tinies (1963), Scènes de Ballet (1976), and Les Urnes Utiles (1980),  arranged across the grid and screen-printed onto wood.
Complete with 34 pieces, including two extra queens, and presented in luxury packaging, this set is perfect for collectors and design-led interiors.

Each set is handmade and shipped to order in the UK at Neochess' facilities. Please allow 1 week for production prior to dispatch.
