The Creators Vendor Program is a membership-based collaboration for creators, artists, and studios producing functional art products. The program provides shared distribution, marketing, and administrative infrastructure, enabling creators to access new markets while maintaining ownership of their work and production.
Membership also includes ongoing educational support through monthly workshops and/or office hours focused on topics such as licensing, product development, pricing and margins, portfolio review, and operational best practices. These sessions are designed to support sustainable growth and informed decision-making as creators expand their commercial practice.
The monthly fee of $50 USD plus applicable tax supports the operational and educational work required to represent and distribute the products effectively. This includes platform management, retail catalog development, marketing, advertising (including paid ads), content creation, trade show participation, sales outreach, customer communication, administrative coordination, as well as access to monthly workshops and/or office hours covering topics such as licensing, product development, pricing and margins, portfolio review, and operational best practices.
Rather than operating as a commission-only marketplace, the program is structured as a shared investment that aligns long-term incentives and enables sustainable, thoughtful partnerships.
4AP is the organizing and operational partner for the program. Our role is to curate the catalog, manage sales and distribution channels, lead marketing and trade show efforts, and handle customer communication and administrative coordination. We serve as the connective layer between artists, retail partners, and end customers, allowing creators to focus on their practice, while we manage visibility, access, and infrastructure.
The program is open to emerging and established artists, foundations, designers, and studios working in home goods, accessories, gifting, and lifestyle categories. Applicants should have product-ready work and the ability to fulfill orders reliably.
Participants must be able to:
• Present a clear body of work with a consistent visual language
• Offer wholesale pricing suitable for retail distribution
• Fulfill orders directly as a drop-ship partner
• Meet basic packaging, quality, and fulfillment standards
• Provide product assets and information for catalog listings
Once accepted, participants are enrolled in the Creators Vendor Program at a monthly membership fee of $50 USD plus applicable tax. The fee is billed monthly and supports program operations, educational workshops, marketing, distribution, and infrastructure.
When a product sells, the artist, creator, foundation or studio is paid the agreed wholesale price per unit sold. Orders are fulfilled directly by the artist as a drop-ship partner. Payment terms and payout cadence are shared during onboarding.
Effective Date
Membership in the Creators Vendor Program begins on the date payment is successfully processed.
Billing and Renewal
Membership fees are billed monthly and renew automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with the terms below.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of the final paid billing period. Access to program benefits will continue through the end of that cycle.
Non-Refundable Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for partial months, unused benefits, or early cancellation.
Program Changes
4 Art Partners reserves the right to update or modify program offerings, pricing, or policies with reasonable notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any such updates.
