4AP at MSA FORWARD LA 2025

This spring, 4AP had the pleasure of exhibiting for the first time at MSA FORWARD, the Museum Store Association’s annual gathering of cultural retailers, creatives, and buyers shaping the future of museum commerce. As a brand that lives at the intersection of art, design, and storytelling, we felt right at home.

We were proud to be selected as part of MSA’s Next Gen, a new initiative spotlighting emerging voices and brands bringing fresh perspective to the museum retail space. We were also honored that our Drop Menorah, created in collaboration with artist Yoni Alter, was named a finalist in the Buyer’s Choice Awards – Home category. This sculptural menorah—with its vibrant color palette and modular form—reimagines tradition through a design-forward lens.

Throughout the show, we shared a curated mix of gifting and home collections, all designed in partnership with contemporary artists and made to bring functional art into daily life.

A standout was the Yoni Alter Home Collection, a bold homage to color and modularity. With stackable coasters, architectural pen holders, geometric fruit bowls, and the graphic LOVE puzzle, the collection is designed to infuse everyday moments with playfulness, structure, and visual delight.

We also presented Remediarium Primum, a connection of mythical gardens and memory in partnership with the artist Remedios. This line blends ritual and symbolism to create objects that invite us into a secret botanical experience.

Completing the offering was DECO, a clean, elegant collection by Frank Alcock inspired by the graphic rhythm and structure of the Art Deco movement. From paper goods to design objects, the line bridges timeless aesthetics with functional utility.

MSA FORWARD reminded us that museum stores aren’t just retail—they’re cultural extensions. They’re where values, design, and storytelling meet. We’re grateful to have had the opportunity to share our vision and connect with a community equally committed to meaningful, art-driven experiences.

We left the show full of ideas, conversations, and inspiration—and we’re just getting started.
